All interactions on SmolderSwipe must be strictly consensual. Harassment, non-consensual explicit content sharing, hate speech, and commercial solicitation are strictly forbidden.

3. Profile Content & Media

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and ownership of photos and content uploaded to your profile. Uploading copyrighted images or images of third parties without explicit consent is prohibited.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines or terms of service without prior notice.
